GOAL: By the end of the quarter, the students will be able to explore creativity and imagination to help build their confidence, self-esteem and social skills.

STUDENTS: Students of all ages

OBJECTIVES: To be able to build confidence, self-esteem and social skills through creativity and imagination.

MATERIALS: color, pencil, paper, paint, water, dye, clay, plastic cover (placed in their work area)

TEACHING AIDS: pictures of sample mask, hair braid

Lessons: Mask – making
Description: The students will be able to know how to make a face mask and be able to share it with their classmates. It reinforces sharing and cooperation, appreciation of other people.

Lesson: What to do with my Clay?
Description: The students will be able to make whatever they want to make using the clay. The students may lighten their feelings of anger, frustration, and aggression through pounding on the clay. They will share their work with their classmates and will receive a positive feedback to reinforce their self- esteem.

Lesson: Braid my hair
Description: The students will braid each others hair. While doing the activity, they will share something about themselves. In this activity, students will develop social skills.

Lesson: Finger painting
Description: the students will be able to come up with an art using their fingers. They will use their finger instead of brush and make their own art.
